Make In India Week 2016 at Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai

Make In India Week in Mumbai has been organized at Bandra Kurla complex. Make In India Week is from 13 to 18 Feb 2016. Prime Minister Narendra Modi innaugrated Make In India week at National Sports Club of India, Worli, Mumbai. Make In India week entry pass / entry ticket are to be shown at the venue. It has specific time for entry.

The purpose of Make In India Week is to showcase the potential of design, innovation and sustainability across India’s manufacturing sectors in the coming decade. A week that will spark a renewed sense of pride in India’s manufacturing – and take corporate and public participation to the next level.

The cheapest smartphone of India as Freedom 251 has been launched in Make In India week. This #Freedom251 mobile phone is from Ringing Bell company and it is said to be the cheapest smartphone ever in the world. They have launched but as soon as it goes on sale on their website, it crashes and people could not buy it. Social media sites like Twitter was flooded on with the anger of the people with #Freedom251 hashtag.

The Make In India Centre features an exhibition of the most innovative products and manufacturing processes that have been developed in India.

Make In India Week Timing / Schedule:
14th – 17th Feb 2016 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm (General Visitors)
18th Feb 2016 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm (General Visitors)

We have to keep original ID proof i.e. Driving Licence, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card or your Passport for entry into the Make in India Centre.
